You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging where possible.

How to start a return
Email us at the address on our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions, including the correct return address for your order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, used brush heads or accessories that have been in direct contact with skin may not be eligible for return unless defective.
